Pre-Construction

Our Pre-Construction services allow our clients to begin construction with a clear picture of the process and cost. Working closely with the owner, architects, engineers, and designers, we are able to develop acceptable budgets; establish a schedule for completion of phases; apply value engineering to the design to deliver time and cost savings; and uncover & address complex issues early in the process to save both time and money down the road. Early involvement on projects allows us to ensure the successful construction, timely completion and cost containment of every project. General Contracting

General Contracting is available for clients who prefer the traditional design-bid-build approach. We assemble a team of subcontractors that we know are best suited to do the job and manage them every step of the way. Clients have come to rely on our expertise of estimating, scheduling and negotiating and depend on our quality control, safety program and value engineering for a successful project. Our extensive general contracting experience makes us an ideal choice for any project, large or small.

Construction Management

Our Construction Management services allow our clients to retain control of a project while placing day-to-day construction decisions in the experienced hands of our project management team. We find cost-effective solutions for project challenges that comply with the design intent and overall project objectives. As the client representative through construction, our teams’ experience greatly reduces the level of risk on every project.

Design/Build
​
The design/build method economizes and streamlines a project by overlapping the design and construction phases with the contractor assuming the majority of the risk. The design/build approach allows for fast track project execution to accommodate accelerated schedules where valuable time and cost can be saved because construction can begin before the entire design is complete.
